Smáratorg 3

Smaratorg 3 is in the center of Kopavogur between the Smaralind shopping mall and Smaratorg 1 strip mall. It is located in the center of the retail District in Kopavogur. The project consist of offices and retail with total area of 30.000 sq.m. with underground parking.

The complex offers a unique combination of various functions all in one location. It will be a place to work, a place to shop, a place for dining in a gourmet restaurant on the 19 and 20 floor. Smaratorg 3 will be known as a landmark in Iceland as the highest building built, reaching 78 meters in the air the view will be unique.

Furthermore, the building will be known for its architectual design and engeneering solutoins. The design of the complex reflects the latest trends towards innovative solutions for the inner city developments. The project makes a stimulus in the reshaping of the new center of Kopavogur.
